setup_gimp_avif.exe is a 64bit version of development GIMP with alternative plug-in to allow AVIF import/export.
While original GIMP 2.99.7 has ability to import/export AVIF format, the GIMP's implementation is based on libheif library.
This installer contains AVIF support plug-in which use libavif library instead.
This is not official GIMP build, not all GIMP features were enabled, some may not work correctly!

Installer is not digitally signed, you may get security warning when downloading/running the installer for a first time.
Selected layers can be exported as AVIF animation. Duration of all frames in AVIF animation will be equal.
So far only the first frame from AVIF animation is loaded during import.
