I am using eclipse IDE. I have installed on RED for Robot Framework. However I keep getting above error message with each execution. Do we have solution for this.

It seems you are using Robot Framework 4.0 and this newest version is not supported yet. We will work on it but I can't tell you now when the support will be added.

Even I am facing the same issue and I am also running the 4.0+ version. So can you suggest any stable versions???

Facing the same issue, it looks like there is a PR(#418) to solve this issue.

No, there is no solution until RED will support RF 4.0

The PR 418 will only make this exception disappear but there are more changes in RF 4.0 which requires RED to change in order to properly run tests.

We're about to start development for RF4.0

What about the progress? Will we have a RED version supporting RobotFramework 4 (or even 5) in the future? From far away development here seems like being stopped....
