Can I use it to know if the household has electric vehicle?

• If I only want to disaggregate on one device:EV, how can I set up the experiment, just input mean and std value of EV charger consumption?
• I have a dataset that is csv format and not in one of the experienment dataset how can i convert it to NILMTK format? Do I need to write my own converter?
  • Is there any document requirement for features I must include in my dataset, like reactive power, voltage etc.?
• Can i use it on 30min interval dataset? Then it is 1/1800=0.00056 sample rate
  • What is the minimum sample rate for this algo to work?
