Would you consider adding stack to the list of packages that are installed by default?

I just pushed PR #4 that replaces cabal with stack. I'd love to get any feedback you might have.

In view of the success that stack has had, and the fact that it has a fairly opinionated view about the packages it downloads and where it caches them, it might be worth revisiting your work here to make your layers take advantage of it having populated it's caches. It does do things a bit differently than cabal-install.
