alfred-searchio is an Alfred workflow for auto-suggesting the completion of the prompt. SearchApi is a real-time API that structures the actual results of the search to JSON. It parses search results for Google Shopping, Google Jobs, News, Images, Videos, and many others, so its use case is building SEO / rank-tracking software, building AI models, news monitoring, price comparison, and similar amongst others. Fetching such data involves using proxies, solving captchas, retrying, and keeping up with HTML parsing and ever-changing layouts. SearchApi automatically solves these issues and also provides legal US scraping protection as a benefit. |
