The basic structure of this book
This book is made up of a few parts and if you find yourself contributing to it then you'll need to understand the basic structure (just like architecture in a given application). Please note that the listing below is functional - it represents the order things will / should appear in the book.
The content for this section can be found in Preface.txt. This is where to the tone of the book is set and where we set the reader's expectations.
The content for this section can be found in HowTo.txt. This is where we describe the contents of the book and even how to use the book - I know that might initially sound weird but there are many different aspects to this book such as the projects section or the parables chapter (which, by the way is a great, low friction place to start contributing).
This content has not been created yet, however the idea here is to have individuals who are super excited and genuine with sharing outward with the community.
The content for this section can be found in chapter1.txt. This is one of the two chapter "bookends" you'll find in the book (the second one is chapter9.txt. The intent of this first chapter is to set the tone and also create the "wrapper" for the content in the book.
This is the core content of the book and a place for the majority of contributions.
The content for this section can be found in chapter8.txt. This is a place for story tellers. Here you can write your own experiences and thoughts to help others avoid the roadblocks you have run into. This is a great place to start contributing and a great place to go if you have a story to tell.
The content for this section can be found in chapter9.txt. This is the second of the two "bookends." This chapter finishes the frame with a call to action - OPEN SOURCE YOUR LIFE
These can be found at the very end of the book where readers can come back and work on easy to do projects (though any level of project can be added here, but the thinking was to keep the friction low to help others know that they can do something that they have never tried before.
