  • make_cohorts_dict method makes a dictionary of multiple Cohort objects for easy manipulation of multiple Cohort data.
  • IntegratedClass combines multiple Cohort objects using shared proteomic information
  • Added option to import tab (tsv) or comma (csv) delimited format files
  • Fixed some bugs and hard coded variables (e.g. num_reps in set_samples_hq method)
