Do we want to have at least one build that doesn't build RDMA, to ensure it keeps building?

IMHO, I would like to get Ganesha compiled with RDMA enabled for all FSAL+CI builds...

Since we can't run RDMA easily in the CI, does it matter if some are built without it? There should be no build changes in a FSAL if RDMA is enabled.
