Hi, I was wondering if it makes sense to create the modules for https://github.com/nanoporetech/dorado for nanopore read alignment, demultiplexing, etc. I also would like to know whether we can create a module for non-free software ( https://github.com/nanoporetech/dorado/blob/release-v0.6.0/LICENCE.txt ), which we need a caution for its usage. Suggestions are highly welcome!
