Hi,

I see this module is available but not yet in the production version of scrnaseq . Any updates on when this will be available? It will be very helpful to know that as we are planning to use 5’ Immune Profiling Libraries Pooled with Hashtagsm scTCR data and we would like to use the nextflow pipeline for seamless, scalable and reusable solution at our step.

Any updates on this? We have been trying but simply cannot optimize the sample manifest properly to run the cellranger multi. Data was downloaded from here. https://www.10xgenomics.com/analysis-guides/demultiplexing-and-analyzing-5%E2%80%99-immune-profiling-libraries-pooled-with-hashtags

Any guidance will be appreciated.
