Analysis code for used in Lewitus and Blackwell ENeuro 2023.
PopSpikeAnalClass.py is applied to individual experiments.
GrpAvgPopSpikeClass is applied to a set of experiments. User specifies which variables, e.g. drug, sex, estrus, to group the data, and then provides mean and std error vs time for each group as text file. It also provides a file with all experimental parameters and summary output measures for statistical analysis.
PopsSpikeIO and GrpAvgPopSpikeIO are used to generate the IO curve.
PopSpikeReExtractPeaks.py is used to re-extract pop-spike for set of files using different parameters.
pop_spike_utilities.py, GrpPlotUtil2.py contain essential utilities.
Other python files are used for analyzing patch clamp data and are not used in the publication.
The zip file contains only the files mentioned above.
