Update to shape_shifter.py to created predicted morphologies.
Used in the recent publication Reed & Blackwell Front in Neuroinform 2021

First working version

Changes morphology by either condensing multiple small compartments into one, or expanding single large compartments into many. Only works on .p file formats. Will not condense the soma into a single compartment.
