Bugfixes on pausing

Fixes a major bug by running on threads rather than Proceses, makes a pretty significant change in how this runs

Initial Server version release

This release marks the first level of features complete in Coreuptedbot:

• Reward redemption
• Point ticking in background
• User permissions levels for
• Custom reward creation
• Point gambling (a favorite)

This has been successfully deployed to two streamers (Coreupted and Bitcoin_Louie) who use it every day on their streams.

With this release, the database in db_setup.py is set in stone until v1 is released, which will include a script for any database migrations required for future features.

Minor versions to come should include a GUI and code clean-up plus bugfixes. The next major version will be adding new functionality such as giveaways.

There is much to be done, but this is the first heavily-tested production-ready build of Coreuptedbot. More Documentation is to follow, but we all know that cutting code is more important.
