The labels of the true (noise vs. signal) cases must not necessarily match the labels of corresponding decisions. To allow for more flexibility, I added an optional truth.labels argument to the plotFFTrees_function(). When unspecified, it defaults to the setting of decision.labels(). The labels of various plot parts (the info levels at the top, and the confusion matrix in the bottom panel) were updated accordingly.
