Statistical analysis & EDA on titanic dataset in python
This project uses pandas, numpy, scipy and matplotlib.
Project focuses on statistical analysis on titanic dataset by hypothesis testing
- Test type - Chi square test of independence
- significance level(alpha) = 0.05
the hypothesis testing focused on whether class of a passenger or a gender of a passenger had any effect on their survival rate.
project discusses this with tests and variety of plots.
