* Remove linux 32bit, remove GZIP warnings, remove the need for SUDO in gitian windows build, removed 'dirty' from gitian build versions

* Removed 32bit windows and linux builds on travis ci

* Added kitware apt repo for newer cmake version

* Removed wine from travis setup

* Add the missing headers that windows builds need
