Set Dependencies for Version Lock

Setting the dependencies for this version to be locked to pyaoscx v1. Future versions of this NAPALM driver will use pyaoscx v2, which has a fully restructured usage of functions and object oriented code. Additionally, the next version has the stretch goal of netmiko implementation.
