Installing

  • Download and install AutoHotKey:
  • Clone a copy of the repository onto your local system
    • Download from internet https://github.com/n0v1c3/labview/archive/master.zip
    • Clone with git git clone https://github.com/n0v1c3/labview.git
  • Double click on the ./labview/ahk/ide.ahk file
  • The application should now be running
    • Verify an AHK icon has appeared in the "System Tray" area

Updating

  • Downloaded:
    • Re-download and replace the existing zip https://github.com/n0v1c3/labview/archive/master.zip
  • Cloned:
    • Pull latest copy using git git pull
      • This may require commiting and merging any local changes prior to pull

IDE

  • {Ctrl}{Up} - Align top
  • {Ctrl}{Shift}{Up} - Vertical center align
  • {Ctrl}{Down} - Align bottom
  • {Ctrl}{Left} - Align left
  • {Ctrl}{Shift}{Left} - Horizontal center align
  • {Ctrl}{Right} - Align right
  • {Ctrl}{`} - List open block diagrams
  • {Ctrl}{Shift}{`} - Organize LabVIEW windows
  • {F12} - Reload AHK script
  • {Shift}{F12} - Kill script
  • {MButton} - Clean wires under cursor
  • {Ctrl}e - Open Block Diagram / Front Panel and organize windows
  • {Alt} - Slow mouse down
