Added PHPStan static analyzer.
Added composer scripts for easy tests/analyse run.
Added contribution instructions.

I'd like to add PHP CS Fixer too.
It permits to keep code style same for the all code base and fix it easy. But adding of it may trigger updating of files case style of them is not consistent now.
