Simple script to retrospectively add the timestamps to files

Create a simple bash script to add the timestamps to the files but preserve the date and time of the file modifications so ffmpeg can rebuild without needing to fiddle with the first and last picture modification times due to the way the ffmpeg timestamp is added to the file.
