Visualization of Image Segmentation by Transformation and Analysis

This software was developed and tested for Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS. To install the docker container, run the bash setup script. Install the requirements in requirements.txt.

Once installed, place NiFTI files to be converted into VR objects into the Inputs/ folder. A sample file will be uploaded by mid-February. Run main.py and select your input file. Outputs will be generated into the Outputs/ folder.
