Sophia support for Visual Studio code

Sophia ML is the language used in Aeternity Blockchain for creating smart contracts.

This extension provides:

• Syntax highlighting
• Snippets
• Shortcut for fast compilation of the current sophia smart contract
• Shortcut for compilation of all smart contracts in the project directory
• Code completion
• Default project structure
