Complete TNC3 Support

Completes support for current TNC3 features. Adds output twist support, disables features when they are not settable (DCD, verbose, etc on TNC3) and limits update rate on seekbars.

Initial TNC3 Support

Initial support for TNC3 features (audio input, RTC, etc). Update SDK versions to comply with new Google Play requirements. Update look and feel, mostly to work around some layout issues with new SDK.
