[ENH] Random data plugin #917

There is still a bit to do, but this might end up being useful.

Need to specify still quite a few parameters from the config window:

- s freq
- indef num channels with a combination of comps amplitudes indefinite number of pairs
- saving loading different configuration files. including name of the channels.
