Mol2Parser is a tool for extracting information from mol2 files. As stated on chemicbook website, mol2 "is a plain text tabular format that represents a single or multiple chemical compounds and holds atomic coordinates, chemical bond information, and metadata of a molecule." For more information check this pdf. Mol2Parser is designed with Python programming language. There are no dependencies or requirements for using Mol2Parser. example.ipynb and 1a1e.mol2 are provided as usage examples.
