M-x ack   : ack for a pattern from the top level of the enclosing ecb source path
M-x ack1  : ack for a pattern from one level down towards the current file from the enclosing ecb source path
M-x ack2  : ack for a pattern from two levels down towards the current file from the enclosin ecb source path
