Please download the bigwig files using wget. These files are too large to share using github so I put them in dropbox. You can download the files using the following command:

If you don't want to download the files files from dropbox you can download the files from SourceForge.
- You must create the directory "data/targets" inside the instalation/repository directory.
- You must have write permission in the instalation directory
