Yet another script to perform smooth scrolling. It is non intrusive, light and without any dependency.
Just paste/source the script somewhere, it will replace anchor links, i.e. <a href="#home">Home</a>, with their smooth equivalent.
Tested on Chrome, IE, Safari, Edge.
