Hi! This is my first project practicing the parallax effect with HTML5 and CSS3.
The parallax effect is usually used when we need to create a feeling of layers on the page and a difference in the speed at which we see images and some content, in order to create a visually pleasing and dynamic effect for readers, and this happens when we use some css properties .
