CM-10.1 FOR U9508

As most of you know at the moment we only have one version available of CM but it is closed source... My aim is to make one that can be completed by you.

what's not working
-FM radio (MINOR)
-camera app forceclose but any other camera is ok (MAJOR)
-long time booting (MINOR)
-LED notification needs adjustments
-mass storage mode under windows
