Added functionality to StratiCounter:
With this new version, StratiCounter can be run iteratively while improving the layer templates. As in previous versions, the algorithm initially calculates the templates based on a set of manual layer counts. However, the resulting timescale produced by StratiCounter is subsequently used to refine the layer templates, and the algorithm can be rerun using these. The final timescale is based on the refined set of layer templates.
The release also includes a script for additional help to prepare the data files for input into StratiCounter.
