GoogleDesktopWidget

Since there was no Google Searchbar for desktop/Windows, like there are for Androids and iOS, I made one for myself using the Google API.

yes it autosuggests as you type

Add it to your startup and done.

Made using Python and PySide6

Dependencies

Run

To run this program, clone it to your local machine using:

git clone https://github.com/magnusjwatson2786/GoogleDesktopWidget.git

then cd to the repo directory and hit:.

python -m pip install -r requirements.txt --user
python xt4.py

Or just double-click on the start.bat file to run.

Note: Mac OS X / Linux users may need to run the following before executing the script.

chmod +x start.sh
