Requirements:
- e107 CMS v2.x
- Silktide's cookieconsent2 library
- Download Silktide's cookieconsent2 library from here
- Unzip the downloaded file, and rename 'cookieconsent2-master' folder to 'cookieconsent2'
- Copy "cookieconsent2" folder into "e107_web/lib/" folder
- Install Cookie Consent (cookie_consent) plugin
- Configure plugin on e107_plugins/cookie_consent/admin_config.php page
