Removed auto-enabled Mic1 PreAmp (MIC1_EN) this can be set through system "Mic1 Boost". Removed auto "mic1 gain 32dB", this can be set through system "MicL Volume" "Mic1 Boost" and "Mic2 Boost" were swapped, now unswapped. Fixed number of bits for "Mic1 gain Volume" from 2 to 3, should be 3 according to specifications.
This time got the bits for Mic1 and Mic2 boost correct.

The problem above is due to the fact that the fib hash table is not allocated when IPv6 is disabled at boot. As for the VRF driver it should not do any IPv6 initializations if IPv6 is disabled, so it needs to know if IPv6 is disabled at boot. The disable parameter is private to the IPv6 module, so provide an accessor for modules to determine if IPv6 was disabled at boot time.
