Having discovered Git branching I have slightly changed the structure here. I now use a ‘develop’ branch for saving my ongoing work. When I feel that I have something significant and consistent I then save it on to the ‘master’ branch. This means that you can always take the latest commit on the ‘master’ branch and expect it to work even if it has not been tagged as a release. As before I will also save tagged releases on trapexit.
