Simple web tool to generate an "YES" or "NO" answer.
Usage of Javascript Math.RANDOM() method to generate a randon integer between 1 and 100. The decision will be taken regarding the integer nature: if it's even, then the answer is "YES".
To use it, you can just download the *.html file and run using your favourite web browser.
