To run the code, you will need numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, as well as the wormdatamodel and mistofrutta modules, that can be found at https://github.com/leiferlab/wormdatamodel and https://github.com/francescorandi/mistofrutta.
The bash script paper_figures.sh will run the Python scripts with the appropriate options to regenerate the figures in the paper.
