Web Application

####Description The Phyloboost web application is a python driven application built on the Web2py framework. It's primary purpose is to provide some type of "canned" tool that easily allows browsing and searching the the various pieces of the data produced using the pipeline.

####Requirements

1. Phyloboost
2. Python
3. Web2py
4. MySQL
5. Biopython
6. Phyloboost MySQL Dump
7. Phyloboost JSON Dump OR IVY and the time / interest in generating your own JSON files.

####Installation

1. Install / Setup all dependencies
2. Clone Phyloboost
3. Prime the database
4. Start Web2py
