This repository contains the scripts to run a partial least squares (PLS) analysis on connectivity data (fMRI)
Functions from the pls Matlab toolbox by McIntosh et al., (1996) must be available in the Matlab environment. The current scripts formats functional connectivity matrices and uses the command line pls (cmPLS) functions from The pls toolbox.
