GLSL shader for JPCT that emulates olive green pixelated look of the original GameBoy.

This is a blit shader which must be attached to the Frame Buffer in JPCT http://www.jpct.net/jpct-ae/doc/com/threed/jpct/FrameBuffer.html

Using setBlittingShader(GLSLShader shader)
