curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to drupalconsole.com:443
https://github.com/hechoendrupal/drupal-console-launcher
https://drupalconsole.com (down), it downloads a currupted file

Motivation and Context

github url works, drupalconsole.com don't
