This fixes a 404 on "default php config" at https://docs.lando.dev/php/config.html#using-custom-config-files
Previously linked to https://github.com/lando/php/tree/main/services/php - would this have landed the user in https://github.com/lando/php/tree/main/ ?
Update points to https://github.com/lando/php/blob/main/config/php.ini which I think is a clearer link to use for "our default PHP config"?
