Hi,
Notably, I've previously installed the pipeline and it has worked fine.

This time the install_dependencies.sh step is failing to complete (see attached).
When I try to go ahead and run the pipeline it fails at the atacqc step with an import numpy array error. I'm assuming the problem indeed stems from the dependencies installation.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and clearing my bashrc to no avail.

This has already been fixed in this commit d110085#diff-46df23ddb8dc0e0db77265566b265050.

Please git pull the latest pipeline and try again. Also, this repo has been deprecated. Please try our new pipeline https://github.com/ENCODE-DCC/atac-seq-pipeline/.
