V2 tightens up the ouroboros set and adds two manual language bindings, Japanese by László Cseresnyési and Chinese (Mandarin) by Huba Bartos. The new dictionary is called 700.tsv, the definitions have been verified using def_ply_parser.py written by Adam Kovacs. For slightly more detail, see pp 216-217 of https://kornai.com/Drafts/advsem.pdf. All new material is in the V2 directory.
