Ok, but what are the bug fixes and improvements?
Clearly they must have been serverside considering the lack of commits but would still be nice to know what's going on.

So this commit changes an asterisk to a unicode bullet character, in a file whose name suggests it will be a changelog, but which in fact contains zero useful content. The two previous commits which changed this file did the same thing - once changed Big fix to Bug fix (okay, I can maybe see fixing a typo) and the other changed a hyphen to the asterisk.
The only thing I can figure is ... maybe this file is an input for a build system, and its content ends up becoming part of a comment on the resulting build, or being added to an automatically generated change LOG somewhere else? But even so, "Bug fixes and improvements" is as close to useless as you can get.
