arecibo [options] [<rate>]
Options:
-c,--color Show message part colorings
-h,--help Print this help message
The rate defaults to 2000
and is the sleep time between each line of the message in microseconds.
The Arecibo Message was a 1679 bit long radio signal sent to globular star cluster M13 from the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico on November 16, 1974.
