Added modules for creating bumpers and enclosures.

Added functions for determining the bounding box around parts of a board.

Also this version rewrites much of the data structure for storing board data, hopefully to make it easier to expand to other boards.

Original release of mounting library

This is the original release of the mounting library. It includes many of the basic functions and example code:

Including board mockups, mounting hole placement, standoffs generator and board bounding box generator.
