Enlopy v0.1.0

This release includes compatibility updates of the entire stack used.

Enlopy v0.1.0 supports Python 3.9 and higher.

The release will be available on conda-forge channels:

conda install -c conda-forge enlopy

Or via PyPI:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade enlopy
