This commit makes setting up more flexible. The user can define keybindings for only the functions they need.

This commit makes setting up more flexible by exposing all the functions instead of just
fzf_key_bindings. The user can define keybindings for only the functions they need.The script now has to be installed in ~/.config/fish/conf.d/ instead of ~/.config/fish/functions/
