Introduction
------------
jpegpad is a program for 'inverse image compression'
It was designed to make jpeg images larger (in bytes)
but with no increase in quality!  It will in fact
make any file larger, but there is no guarantee that
this will be useful.

Requirements
------------
Python (tested with 2.7.3)
wxPython (tested with version 2.8.12.1)

python jpegappend.py
